I decided to contribute to the Fortune 500 Blog Project after reading Jetson Green’s blog review on Wells Fargo. I’m concentrating on energy companies (natch.) So far it’s been a breeze: I started with Xcel Energy and Kinder Morgan Energy, but neither one seem to have blogs.
I was especially interested in reading Xcel blogs, because of the PUC rate case hearing.
No luck. Let me know if you find any blogs of these two companies.

Tom, thanks for getting the ball rolling on those two companies. The folks over at Blog Business Summit plan to call up all these companies and ask them if they have any corporate blogs. In recent weeks, I have been summarily disappointed in my searches for blogs by several ginormous energy companies (e.g. ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips). Hopefully one will turn up for ya soon!

Thanks for alerting me to this project. I’ve been working on an investment wiki for the last few months. This will be a great resource. We’ll try to link to developed pages where applicable.
It’s been tough finding users to contribute relevant content. I’ll be curious to see how this project manages. Any ideas are most welcome. The time for this kind of resource has definately come.
